AI-generated content and AI tools

At HourSaved, we strive to use artificial intelligence (AI) responsibly. We use AI to help research official help pages, draft each guide to a fixed template, run each guide's prompt on a made-up example so the guide can show real output, and check drafts for mistakes with a second AI model. A person decides which guides we write, sets the rules every guide follows, and approves each guide before it leaves “Draft”. Guides still marked “Draft” have not yet been approved.

AI output is not always perfect. AI-generated content, including what an AI tool produces when you use our prompts, may contain errors, omissions, inaccuracies, incorrect statements, made-up facts and outdated information. The same prompt can give different results in different tools, at different times, or with different input. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for any consequences resulting from your reliance upon AI-generated content.

You are the final check. Every guide ends with a check you do before anything goes out. Read and correct anything an AI tool drafts before you send, sign, publish or act on it. Do not paste card or bank numbers, passwords, health information, or other people's private or legal details into AI tools, and follow the rules of each AI tool you use and any rules that apply to your business.

Time estimates, examples and results

Times shown on this website, such as how long a task takes or how much time a guide may save, are our estimates. They are not measured results and not a promise. Your results depend on your business, your tools, your input and how you use them.

The businesses, people, emails, invoices and numbers in our examples are made up. Test labels such as “Run once on made-up data” mean one run on a made-up business, not proof that a prompt will work for you. We do not publish testimonials or income claims.
