A client whose home was cleaned every fortnight for a year left a one-star review saying the cleaner did almost nothing
A client who had been cleaned every fortnight for about a year left a one-star review saying the cleaner had done almost nothing. The owner found that some mould in the shower silicone had been missed. The client demanded a refund, and he gave it. He first replied to the review defensively, then deleted his reply and let the review stand, saying he had been defending himself rather than looking at it objectively.
