A nail business owner says a friendly client cancelled about seven appointments within a day and sent a fake booking-fee screenshot
Early in their nail business, the owner had a client they got along with very well. The owner says that client cancelled about seven appointments within 24 hours and missed more than four hours of bookings without paying a booking fee. The client sent a screenshot claiming the fee was paid, but the owner says their payment provider found no payment attempt. The owner now keeps a more professional distance with clients.
