A usually good grooming client cancelled ten minutes before the appointment, then came after all
A grooming salon owner says a normally reliable client texted about ten minutes before their appointment to cancel. The owner told the client the usual charge is the whole grooming price, but offered half as a first offense since they had always been a good client, and mentioned the 24-hour notice rule. The client then decided to come in after all.
