A client booked a standard clean online but expected baseboards, blinds and windows done too
The co-founder of a cleaning company says a job came in through online booking from a client who wanted deep-clean work, including baseboards, blinds and windows, for a standard-clean price. Three cleaners arrived to a job that did not match what was booked. The co-founder says nobody was at fault on purpose; the client simply did not know standard and deep cleans differ. The co-founder's advice is to write down what standard and deep cleans include before clients book.
“Three cleaners showed up to a completely misaligned job.”
