A roofing owner recalls a customer upset by an unexpected labor bill of about $500
A roofing company owner tells how a supplier would not drop materials on a customer's cracked driveway, so the crew carried everything up to the roof by hand. The owner says the customer was surprised by an extra labor bill of about $500, believed the charge was fabricated and initially did not leave a five-star review. Reviewing it, the owner says the charge was real but the company had not set that expectation, so they called the customer and dropped the charge.
