A coach missed a client's session after her booking tool let him book a holiday Monday

Her scheduling tool was supposed to block weekend bookings, so she took the long weekend off. A client booked the holiday Monday on Sunday evening, waited at his computer, and signed off. She found his email the next morning and apologized without excuses.
